This 2015 Big Country 3070RE fifth wheel, by Heartland, is in very good condition for its age. All systems are operational, which includes all electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Exterior surfaces are glossy, clean, and free of fading or cracking. A few small scratches are present on the exterior.
Interior appliances, furnishings, and flooring show minimal wear. No obvious dents or other defects were noticeable.
The current tires have about 8000 miles of use. The RV has a lifetime travel use of about 23,000 miles.
