This very well cared for B+ motorhome is similar to a Class C, except that the space above the cab contains a 24" TV and DVD with remote controls, and lots of storage, instead of a bed. The motorhome still sleeps 6 comfortably, with 2 sleeping in a private bedroom at the rear of the motorhome with a queen size walkaround bed with a real mattress (not a foam pad!). The bedroom has a 20" TV with remote control, and contains plenty of wardrobe and drawer storage with mirrored doors and beautiful hardwood cabinetry throughout. The queen size bed has reading lights as well. An additional 2 adults can sleep comfortably on the large ultraleather couch which at the push of a button electrically unfolds into a bed. If you have an additional 2 people, the full size booth dinette easily converts to another bed. In addition to the new (Oct 2014) high capacity (15,000 BTU) coach A/C, the cab has a powerful air conditioner which provides plenty of cool air when travelling, as well as power windows/locks, tilt steering, AM/FM/CD player, front privacy curtains, and intermittent windshield wipers. Other amenities include a 3 burner LP gas stove, a 6 gallon LP water heater, a 25,000 BTU furnace, a 2 door refrigerator/freezer that runs on LP or 115V electric (from campsite power or the on-board 4,000 watt generator), a large Amana Radar Range with both microwave and convection oven features, inside and outside showers, new Thetford toilet (July 2014), heated holding tanks in case your travel plans include a trip up north this winter, a 14' wide pull-down patio awning for plenty of shade on sunny afternoons, 2 smaller pull-down awnings over the living room and bedroom windows, solid surface (Corian) countertops, dual corian sinks with corian covers with reverse side cutting boards, CO and LP gas detectors/alarms, fire extinguisher, and external ladder for roof access. This motorhome also contains an "XL Edition" package upgrade, including the beautiful solid hardwood (Maple) cabinetry throughout the coach, surround sound 6 speaker system, simulated oak dash, and oak steering wheel. The engine is a smooth running V-10 with only 53,200 miles, and is extremely quiet and vibration-free. In addition to lots of storage space in the bedroom, above the sofa, above the dinette, under the dinette seating, and over the cab, the coach has a standard size medicine cabinet in the bathroom, and over 43 cubic feet of storage in the multiple lockable "Basement" storage areas below the coach (for storage of folding chairs, charcoal grill and charcoal, black and gray water drain hoses, water hoses, etc. LED lighting has also been installed under the cabinets in the kitchen area as well as in the spacious deep pantry. A custom GPS holder is included that secures a GPS in an easy view position for the driver. The coach includes a large Skylight above the glass enclosed shower, ducted ceiling air conditioning with vents throughout the coach, an electric vented skylight in the bathroom, and vented skylights in both the living area and bedroom. All vented areas include optional external roof covers that allow the vents to be open in inclement weather. All 6 tires (2 front, 4 rear) were replaced in Sept. 2014, and contain beautiful Stainless Steel wheel inserts/liners. A system monitor panel allows remote starting of the generator and hot water heater. It also has LED indicators of fresh, black, and gray water levels and LP level, as well as the coach battery charge state. This motorhome is clean throughout---ready to travel to any of the thousands of beautiful RV Campgrounds in Florida and across the nation and Canada. The unit is priced well below NADA suggested List Price, Average Retail, and even Low retail.
