At some point during the lifespan of this unit, there was a roof water leak that damaged the interior headliner, which can still be seen in the pictures. The seller states this was before his ownership and does not believe it is still leaking, as he had the roof resealed. But your due diligence is encouraged. The seller did have the roof resealed and its no longer leaking according to the seller. The slide toppers appear original and are starting to tear loose from the side of the RV. The bay window in the over-cab bunk has a crack in it. The condition of the power awning could not be verified on the day of pics as the motor seemed to hang up. it may just need greasing on the tracks, but again, your due diligence is encouraged, Tires and batteries have all been replaced in the last year and appear to be in good working order. there is a crack in the front window of the overvab bed .
