We have a very, very nice clean, smoke free, well cared for 2014 Vista travel trailer for sale. The model is 23CSK. Has electric awning, AC, heat, queen bed, gas/electric water heater, 2 bunks in the back, microwave, tons of storage, large fridge with freezer, electric hitch jack with swing-up foot, entertainment center which includes AM/FM/CD/DVD player, 2" receiver hitch for a bike rack, 2 LP tanks, and much more. Perfect for a family with 2-3 kids. The dinette slides out. Check out the NADA Guide website for pricing and floor plan. RVs/2014/Gulf-Stream/M-23CSK/6031260/Values We ordered it new in early 2013 and only has 1800 miles on it, mostly to MN resorts. Pulls nicely with my F150. Other accessories are also available however, I'm including the hard-wired backup camera system which is over a $300 value. It's not only great for backing, but I used it while driving to keep aware of what was in back of me. We purchased a larger unit on a permanent resort site so we could accommodate more of the grand-kids. This unit is billed as the Cadillac of the Ultra Lites. Has one continuous sheet of aluminum that starts in the lower front and continues over the roof all the way to the lower back of the trailer to really minimize any water leakage. Has fiberglass sides which is lighter and holds up better than aluminum. Has been stored inside each winter. I have already had an attempted scam regarding buying this camper so if that is your intention, don't even think about it. I recently got a bogus cashiers check for another item (which has been turned over to the authorities) that I had on Craig's List. Don't send payment for over the selling price and expect me to send the difference someplace! Camper will not be released until form of payment has cleared my bank. Improvements made since purchased: Added cabinet above bunk ladder. Cost of factory door $49 plus labor. Added polyethylene footpads to stabilizer jacks to prevent rust. Parts free. Hand made Added 2” receiver for bike rack or storage rack. Cost about $30 Added hard-wired backup camera. Great for backing into camp site and watching traffic while driving. Aprox $300 value plus labor Added black water holding tank flushing system. $20 option plus labor. Re-worked sewer hose hookup for added convenience. Cost of aprox $50 Quick connect hose connectors and black hose included. $25 value Has electric hitch jack with protective cover. Aprox $250 option Added black PVC pipes near hitch for storing arms of equalizer hitch. Very handy. Added swing down “foot” on hitch jack. Works very well. $39 cost. Added leveling levels on front and side. Works well. $7 Added towel bars and T-paper holder in bathroom. Aprox $50 Reworked fresh water tank drain. Few $. Added “stay-open” supports on doors above the bed. $18 Added wood piece above the bathroom door to conceal the large opening common to camper construction. No clue why they don’t install at the factory. Added 2 shelves in the cabinet to the left of the door for storing zip lock bags, tin foil, toaster, etc. Added covering for the window in the door for room darkening. $15 Added push bar to the screen door for safety and protection for the screen. $12 Added battery operated light in cabinet under kitchen sink. $5 Removed some partitions in storage areas that opened up more space. Weber Q grill fits perfect in the rear hatch passenger side. More features: Unit has been professionally winterized by McLaughlin’s RV both winters and stored indoors both winters. Ordered camper spring of 2013 from Outlet Recreation in Fargo, ND. Used that summer and last. Total miles aprox 1800. Pulls very well! Lots of storage under bed which is where the spare tire is located and the fresh water tank.Has quick disconnect LP fitting and hose to hook to any gas grill that accepts a small propane bottle. Fridge works on AC, DC, and gas. Freezer compartment is removable to create a larger fridge. Water heater operates on AC or gas (optional feature purchased) 6 gallons is plenty for a nice shower with a fast recovery time. Easy access to water heater from the bunk area. Electric awing! Here’s the real only flaw with the camper. On our first trip out I had to pull way over to the right to let a huge motor home by and I snagged a tree branch which created a “crease” in the awing. I repaired it with awing repair tape and it’s held just fine. Awing also could use some cleaning. Entertainment center plays AM-FM, CDs, and DVDs when hooked to a TV. The TV mount also outside the camper. Furnace works great with wall mounted thermostat. AC cools things off quite quickly. Camper is quite comfortable for sleeping (ordered the deluxe mattress) and very quiet if you want to sleep in! Storage cubbies at the foot of each bunk and each bunk has a reading light. Rugs are included.Lots of storage. Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE Thanks for looking. PS. The title is clear!
