No rips or tears were observed in the furniture or flooring. The carpet in the bunkhouse has some staining. There are a few places where the wallpaper has come loose on the ceiling strips that cover the seams. The seller thinks there may have been a leak in the front bedroom, but not certain. They have resealed it but may need further attention. There is some fading on the exterior and a spot under the awning that the seller is unsure if it is permanent or not. The AC gutter on the back side needs to be repaired as the rubber part has come out. The tires will need to be replaced as they are 9 years old.
