It has sleeping for 8 people and has 55k miles. It has the Ford V10 Engine with Overdrive transmission. It has real oak hard wood flooring from front to the bedroom and new carpet in the bedroom. It has one super slide with the kitchen and living room included in the slide. The booth makes a bed for two, the couch makes a bed for two, the over driver bed is room for two or three, and the master bedroom has a queen island bed for two. The bath area has a large corner glass shower and a private toilet. The plumbing and holding tanks are heated which makes it a 4 season . There is absolutely no leak stains on the ceiling anywhere. It has been sealed and serviced regularly. They even got a little carried away in some areas. The exterior fiberglass is smooth and in good shape. There are dings and scrapes here and there but over all good. Mechanically very good and it is a full aluminum structure rv with fiberglass exterior. It also has push button air ride and good tires. It is 31 feet overall and has a class 4 receiver hitch to pull a trailer or car. It is ready to use and everything works. It has not been smoked in and has no smells or odors. It has a nice satellite system that can be used with dish or direct.
