Ducted heat and air Original tires (approx. 60% tread remaining) Very clean... needs nothing. We purchased the Motorhome in June of 2014 from the original owners, and drove it from South Carolina to Illinois with no issues. The voltage regulator went out on the generator, (not transferring power) and was replaced last summer. It now works as it should. The outside decals have a little wear, but I would rate it in above average condition for the year. We looked at dozens of motorhomes before buying, and was very impressed with the condition and options on this RV. We also found this was the smallest RV we could find with a dedicated rear bedroom. If you look at reviews for the Bt Cruisers, you will find many of the 03-04's had issues, but we found most had been corrected by 2005 which is the year model of this RV.
