it is in excellent condition. only used by adults and no smokers or pet ever in it.has insulated water tanks so they won't freeze for northern weather. has all the electronics in it, tv, microwave, stove, etc. i bought it hoping to travel and things did not work out so have drove it very little but when i did drove very smooth. has no wear or tear on upholstery, and sofa makes into bed with an air mattress that has electric attachment so makes it very easy to blow up.
