This is a 30' 1994 Gulfstream Conquest Ultra Class C RV It has 39,000 Miles. Owned it for four years. Haven't used it nearly as much as I thought I would. And, I think my camping days may be over as I get no help from the kids and too much complaining. Everything works! Just loaned it to a friend and he returned from a 3,600 mile trip to Yellowstone and back. You're welcome to talk with him about it if you want a third party opinion (somewhat impartial) but he entrusted this RV with his family and in laws on that trek and she performed beautifully on mountainous switch backs and high elevation. Additionally, I have stored it each winter at an indoor storage facility where any work/repairs were done by a skillful technician. He knows a lot about this RV and can vouch for it as well. Many improvements to the interior and a few unique features to the exterior, (see picture of basketball hoop). Hey, it is Indiana after all! A few basics. It is a Ford E-350 Chassis. Has the 460 V8. Plenty of power. Has joystick leveling jacks, Keypad entry, sleeps 6 with captain chair living room set up and flip up dinette, large single bathroom with shower, new faucets in kitchen and bathroom. Generator is newer 4,000 Onan. AC unit is 15,000 Btu and only 2-3 years old. Roof has been sealed (last year). Sleeps two in the rear on a side by side twin mattress set-up. Automatic steps, awning with led lights. Dometic fridge and freezer with upgraded dinosaur board. Outside water sprayer, plenty of storage bays. Brakes were done (pads only), alternator, oil change, fuel pump, new ECU board, and new batteries were installed, UV filtering window tint film all around. This price also reflects my selling it with the full inventory of items. Silverware, camping stuff, pots and pans, camping chairs, 4 bike rack, flip down hitch carrier, black out shades, under-mount coffee maker etc... What it needs: Exhaust leak at manifold. I have the gasket, just needs to be done. New muffler (some rusted perforations). New front tires and an alignment. ABS Light comes on after initial breaking. Always has and has no effect so I never dealt with it. Front rotors probably should be done. Don't have the tools to do it so only did the pads. Lastly, it's a '94, expect it to have not the best appearance, but is reliable. I've taken it this far, now you can make your own improvements and take it even further.
