If you're looking for the perfect starter RV or handyman special, then look no further than this 1997 Gulf Stream Conquest 6200. At only 20ft long, it's SUPER EASY to drive and maneuver. Anyone will feel comfortable behind the wheel. Plus it has a small block 5.4 V8 engine instead of the usual 7.5 motor so it gets great fuel economy! Of course, with only 9900 miles it's barely broken-in! It's got all the RV equipment too from the generator to holding tanks, full kitchen and bathroom as well. Speaking of the gen, it's a 5.5 kw unit with only 58 hours so it runs great! Now nothing is too good to be true so there is a catch and the catch is that this RV needs a new roof. You can buy a roof kit here on ebay for this compact size for just a few hundred dollars. Add a some wood and you can have it fixed for little or nothing. We just do not have anyone who will get it done or we would do it ourselves and watch this coach bring ALOT more money than we're going to sell it for. We've had our mechanic go over everything and it all seems to work fine. We drove it over 200 miles ourselves so we wouldn't hesitate to get in it and go anywhere. Just plan on having to fix the roof when you get home! That being said, we're not here to play games so we're selling this coach with NO RESERVE! It's got ice cold air conditioning and plus seats. It'll sleep 6 people no problem or more if you got some sleeping bags. Bid to win! We inspect and photo what you see and what you can't see. They assume that the prices are low because there is something wrong with them. Nothing could be further from the truth! Our secret is simple...LOW OVERHEAD. We are an internet-only dealer. We do not maintain regular office hours or a large sales facility. We simply have a Mississippi bonded dealer's license, a storage lot, and a computer. Since we don't have dozens of mechanics, helpers, salesmen, secretaries, etc. on our payroll; we are able to sell at greatly reduced prices. This leads other sellers to email our customers and knock our product! All new or low feedback (under 5 positives) bidders must first email us for no other reason than just to make contact. This way we know we have serious bidders! We've put this vehicle through our EXTENSIVE inspection process & can report it has a great ride & drive! We do our best to let you know of any/all issues we can find on these vehicles since you're buying sight-unseen. The step mount is loose and it needs a new roof. There is water damage throughout the interior but mainly in the bathroom and over the front bunk. There is some dry rot on the tires, but they're Firestones. Terms of Sale Fee and Tax Information: MS Residents Must Pay The 5% State Sales Tax on all motorized vehicles (7% on anything else such as campers, travel trailers, etc.) and a $100 Title/Doc Fee. All Other U.S. Buyers Will Pay Their Own State Taxes Themselves In Their Home State. All other bidders pay only a $99 Documentation Fee in addition to the winning bid. This covers our costs for a notary, Fedex charges, and other paperwork. Louisiana, Canadian and other foreign buyers must pay a $149 Documentation Fee to cover the extra Fedex and other expenses associated with doing international (and Cajun) paperwork. We do have Mississippi temporary tags available if you desire one for an additional $50. If you don't want to make the long trip home then we have a local retired Army Sergeant Major that can drive most vehicles to you. He charges $1/mile for cars, $1.25/mile for light trucks and SUVs, and $1.50/mile for heavy-duty trucks and RVs. His charge is non-negotiable and must be paid separately. If you prefer to fly in & drive home we'll be glad to pick you up at Jackson Internation Airport ("JAN"), the local Greyhound station, or the Amtrak Depot. Our business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday (CST). Please arrange your flight times accordingly. We are more than happy to provide free pickup during normal business hours. We no longer will deliver vehicles after-hours or on weekends. Occasionally things pop up like a blown fuse or a headlight going out and after hours a mechanic isn't there to fix it. We will store your vehicle up to 90 days free, however you must provide full coverage insurance. We will not be responsible for damage or theft while in storage here. Our insurance policy will not allow it. If you are not sure about something, Please ASK. Do not assume anything not listed is included.
