Park Model - This travel trailer is designed to be hooked up to water and sewer lines. It does not contain holding tanks. It is a great option for someone seeking an alternative to costly apartment rent. Most all RV communities include washer/dryer and other amenities, such as a pool or lake/fishing access. I know someone who took a trailer to college and saved a bundle on housing/food costs. Or, it could be used as a private place for family and friends who visit or for an older child if room is tight. Just hook it up to your existing utilities as per your zoning laws. I believe it can be outfitted with tanks if a more mobile option is desired. I have owned the trailer since 2011 and used it as a park model. It has been used a couple of days a week a few times a month. I am a non-smoker. It has a full size refrigerator that works very well - the evaporator fan was replaced this past April - keeps ice cream hard. The stove is propane and also works well. The AC runs cold and quickly cools down the trailer. The heat works well too. The hot water heater uses propane and takes no time at all to create a tank of very hot water. The bathroom has a full size regular toilet. The water pressure in the shower/tub is good and the flooring under the tub does not sag when taking a shower. The sink is outside the toilet/shower area. The bedroom is behind a door and has a queen sized mattress. In addition, the end by the bathroom has double bunks. There is a pull out couch and the dining set also converts. There is storage under the couch and under both dinette benches as well us under the queen bed. In 2012 I had the carpeting pulled up, the flooring wood replaced, and vinyl flooring laid down so it has a solid floor. The trailer has a clean title, is currently licensed, and carries insurance. It is being sold because it is no longer needed, not because it is a junker. The trailer is being sold in as in condition and by appointment only. It is a cash sale. I am not interested in circus tickets or other items of a similar nature. I will not respond to I am on a ship and will send my agent emails or anything of that nature. If you are interested in viewing the trailer please contact me via the provided email address and we can set up a time. It will most likely need to be on a Saturday but Sundays are possible as well. $4,200.00
