First, last month we sustained a scrape in the fiberglass on the driver side; it's cosmetic only and our neighbors didn't even notice it, but you will if you look. We decided not to fix it; pictures available on request. Second, there are a number of non-essential maintenance items that you would probably expect a dealer to fix. We've made several camping trips with these very minor inconveniences... they don't interfere with camping and so we haven't fixed them. List available upon request. Third, the exterior isn't as pretty as others... for example some of the decals are peeling. The previous owner didn't keep the RV indoors, and neither did we. So, if we had made the exterior pretty again, fixed the scrape and the other items, our RV would be a gem and we would be asking $5000-$8000 more. All the important stuff is fine.
