This RV based on the Ford E-450 chassis is in very nice condition and shows much better than most 2004 units. It has been stored under a carport type structure for about half its life, so it looks better than most. Inside is very clean and everything is in good working order. Firestone tires are late 2011 and in very good condition. Slide awning fabric was replaced in 2012, main awning fabric replaced 2016. There are no leaks in the fiberglass roof, resealing with Dicor was done twice per year. The ducted roof A/C (15,000 btu) works great and is ideal for hot Florida summers. Tankage is very generous for this size unit; water 38 gal, black 38gal and grey 38 gal. Back up camera, back up audible alarm, keyless entry, tow package,electric step and fiberglass running boards. The living area has a dinette mounted on the slide out which really opens up the floor space. Kitchen includes gas range and oven, microwave/convection oven and Dometic gas/electric refridgerator/freezer. Carpet and upholstery are neutral color and in nice condition. The 4 kw generator has only 278 hours on it. You won't be disappointed with this RV and it is priced to sell. No Dealers Please.
