You are looking at the nicest pre-owned Class A Diesel pusher motorhome under $100k. This vehicle was ordered and purchased by the owner of the Ford dealership that I work for. He ordered the vehicle for him and was a meticulous owner to say the least. He chose the Gulf Stream Atrium on a Freightliner chassis with Caterpillar 330hp Diesel and Allison transmission. This particular coach came with full paint graphics, combo washer/dryer in the master bedroom, Corian countertops, upgraded interior trim, 150 gallon fuel tank, Onan 7500 generator, and much more. The Gulf Stream coaches were already know for cooling down faster than all other brands, and this coach has the optional dual A/C. The vehicle comes with the owners manuals from Gulf Stream, Freightliner, Caterpillar, and Allison. When purchased, it was simply the best coach $250k could buy. The owner kept the vehicle in a climate controlled showroom with his classic car collection. Every record since day one is included. The only reason he sold it to me, (I manage his Ford dealership), was that he stepped up to a $1mm+ Newell Coach. After purchasing the vehicle 2 years ago, I decided to update the interior. Over $20k was spent on the interior freshening, which is now 3 seating areas in soft tan leather to match the original Gulf Stream seats. The couch folds into a full size bed, and each loveseat has an electronic twin size mattress. We added Direct TV with in-motion HD satellite and a Sony sound system with Navigation. The TVs play through a dedicated Sony in-ceiling surround sound speaker system. The service work has all been done at the local Freightliner/Caterpillar dealership. The coach has also received 6 new Michelins tires (the best available) and new batteries in the last 3k miles. I wanted to make sure that my family never had any chance of a break down during cross country travel. The shop foreman at Freightliner reassured me- "This RV is absolutely in the same mechanical condition that it was when new." After going to great extremes to turn an already extraordinary Coach into a new Coach equivalent, we have only taken 2 trips in it. With expanding business interests and children in sports, we simply do not have time to enjoy it. The RV is still kept in a climate controlled facility, and the condition leaves most people believing it is brand new. Though every little item that has come up has been fixed, there are 2 things I want to be sure to mention up front. The first is a chip in the windshield, which was repaired well and is my preference to replacing the factory glass. The 2nd was a malfunction in the dash cluster, which Freightliner replaced at 18,580 miles on 7/24/08 with a new cluster reading 8 miles. As such, there is always 18,572 more miles on the vehicle than the odometer shows. The current reading is 16,258, making current mileage 34,830. Please call or email with any questions. Thank You for looking!
