Tires are close to new. They have less than 1000 miles on them. I replaced them last year.The water tank has a modified support system to accommodate 150 gallons as compared to a smaller tank.Additional info: On the electrical outside, it has a 50 amp outlet so we could run a 50 amp service or a 30 amp service to a neighboring trailer.
