Everything is in good working order. The roof is good but the seller did find a small hole in the roof when he was getting it ready for us to come take pictures. Maybe a small soft spot from the hole. Going to check on the warranty. There is also some damage on the street side where the Camper side-swiped a tree. It should not take much to fix. Does not hinder anything on the camper. The tires are good, and even though they had pets in the RV no odors were detected. Stock #366394 2021 Grand Design Reflection 337RLS, sleeps 6 and has 3 slide outs Grand Design makes an excellent Fifth Wheel in the Reflection model. The layout of the 337RLS is great for families who love to travel. The living space has plenty of space and seating with the trifold sofa and stadium seating recliners. The Entertainment Center has a 40" TV and fireplace. The free-standing dinette has two chairs and bench seating. The kitchen has a nice stove/oven with a convection microwave. The stove is a three-burner cooktop. The fridge is residential size with French doors. The island has a farm sink and plenty of counter space. There is a good-sized pantry and a coffee bar area with overhead cabinets. Plenty of storage in the kitchen area. The bathroom has a 30x48 fiberglass shower, toilet, linen closet, sink, medicine cabinet, and skylight. The master bedroom has a Queen bed that has plenty of walking room. There is a nice-sized wardrobe closet that has washer/dryer hookups. Plenty of drawers in the dresser. This one is very nice and well worth a look. Reason for selling is not using.
