The vehicle is in very good condition. The owners have been proactive in maintaining and improving insulation for colder weather.
They are from Maine and have used the coach in colder climates. The exterior has a few scuffs, nothing major, just normal use.
The interior also shows minor wear.
They have made a major improvement to the NorCold refrigerator with the JC Refrigeration of Indiana cooling upgrade ($1,500), featuring larger diameter cooling pipes. The owners report a much more efficient unit and no issues like typical NorCold products.
The tires are in good shape, as is the roof.
**UPDATE: The coach was enroute last May to be delivered when the owners experienced a bad blowout on the driver's rear tire. This caused damage to the wheel bearing, axle and the lower skirt and fuel box. It was towed to Northern Michigan RV in Gaylord, Michigan where all repairs were performed and were just completed in early September.
