The flooring is in great condition as well as the ceiling. No leaks were observed.
No rips or tears on the sofa and only a small area near the floor on the recliners from a dog.
The heat does not work on the recliners.
The roof appears to be in great shape.
There is a tear in the awning the seller is working to get repaired through their warranty.
In addition, there is some paint damage on the front cap from rubbing the truck. They are working to get that repaired as well.
