The flooring is in good condition. Upholstery is peeling on all three sofas in the living area. The roof appears intact, with no visual signs of leaks. The living room at the front of the RV is perfect for entertaining. Outfitted with two large sofa sleepers and a third love sofa, the entire living area is surrounded by seating.
