Everything was operational at the time of the photos. Per the owner everything works as it should as far as he knows.
The couch material is cracking and shows some wear spots, please see photos. The fuse cover was off and was not attaching correctly at time of phots and the CO2 detector was off as well. The seller told me he is fixing these items.
No damage was noted outside or inside at time of my photo shoot.

One of the very unique features of the Toy Hauler is the side patio, it really is a great extension of living space. You can step right onto the patio from the sliding glass doors from the living room/kitchen area. Enjoy sitting outside and watching TV, watching your favorite games or race in the afternoon and then chill outside in the evening and watch a movie out under the stars. The rear patio is even bigger, the Toy Hauler just offers so much room and so many different ways to enjoy all of your camping trips year around. OR, make this your next home for awhile, LOT"S of folks using these to live in or even work out of. This trailer offers one full bath and a half bath, plus you'll find a washer and dryer unit to do your laundry. The kitchen, dining room area offers plenty of prep and cooking space, and yes you do have a full size residential refrigerator to hold all your supplies and necessities. Center kitchen island with a deep dual sink is a very nice feature as well. You have a three burner gas stove, a gas oven and a convection microwave oven all at your fingertips to help you prepare you meals. You will find ample cabinet and pantry room inside this Grand Design RV.
As you walk towards the rear cargo are you'll find a bunk/loft room located inside the RV. This is another sleeping area for the kids or use it as an extra storage area. Again use your imagination.
The master bath and bedroom area is really well separated from the rest of the RV. You'll find a King Size bed, generous closet area and a master bath that you can enter into directly from the bedroom or hallway. Big shower and lots of room here as well.
The RV is equipped with a 5500 Onan quiet series generator and was running while I was taking pictures. This Toy Hauler has a large capacity fuel tank holding up to 60 gallons to fuel your toys and keep your generator running when you are often the grid and need the power. Grand Design really did not miss a thing when they constructed this 5th wheel!
