This Travel Trailer is in great condition.
All features are fully operational.
There are a few air bubbles on the Vinyl that covers the dining table due to the heat inside the trailer when not in use, but nothing major.
The trailer has just been used occasionally since it was bought as a guest room. It has been parked on the patio of the house since then, and there has been almost no use of the tires as it's sitting on the Jack Stands.

This Travel Trailer and Toy Hauler from Grand Design has great features. The 2022 Momentum was built with a Laminated Aluminum Rear Ramp Door, Side Walls, and One-Piece Roof Membrane.
Going around the exterior, you can notice, starting in the front, an electric Power Tongue Jack, Covered LP Tanks, and House Battery Pack, plus LED Lighting in the front Signage.
On the sides, the main room Slide-Out on the right, and the Main Entrance Door and Main 18 ft. Power Awning with lights and Outdoor Rockford Fosgate Bluetooth Speakers on the left.
In the Rear, the full-cover Ramp opens and transforms into a Fenced Patio/Balcony with a Power Awning and Lighting. There's also a fold-out Roof Ladder and a 30Gal Fuel Station. Storage Compartments are on both sides, and easy access to the Water Heater, Generator-Ready compartment, Outdoor Shower, etc.
On the Inside, you encounter a versatile open layout with two recliner chairs plus a side table on the left and the full kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with a deep sink with a pull-out faucet, a three-burner cooktop and oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator/freezer.
A TV, easy access to the Entertainment Center, and other controls are near the wall that divides the Room and Bathroom Slider Doors. There's another slider door inside the Main Room for easy access and extra privacy from the Full Bathroom.
The bedroom features a king-size bed and a good storage closet, plus drawers.
The full bathroom features an enclosed shower with a Skylight and an External Roof Fan.
