2002 Titanium 28E33B Bunkhouse. 34 ft, 7,600 lbs., and Glendale's unique compact towing design that puts more of the 5th wheel over the bed and cab of tow vehicle resulting with less trailer "trailing" behind - although 34' long overall there is only 25' behind tow bumper. Comes with Draw-Tite 16K slide 5th wheel hitch, queen bed master bedroom, 2 rear bunks, booth dinette (with large drawers under seats for storage), and sofa sleeper - total unit sleeps 7. Bedroom has built in night stands with drawers on both sides of the bed. There are also 2 closet units on each side on the wall at the foot of the queen bed for hanging clothes and two huge drawers underneath - 4 drawers total. Queen bed is equipped with pistons to easily lift and store large items inside the bed pedestal. There are two small "hidden" storage compartments on each side of the bed built into the stairs - plenty of room for several pairs of shoes/slippers. Entertainment hutch, large pantry next to slide with an additional deep pantry next to fridge - tons of kitchen storage. Rear bathroom adjacent to bunk beds with shower/tub, marine porcelain toilet, and medicine cabinet with decent vanity storage under sink. Also another thin closet to hang or store larger items with 2 drawers beteen the bathroom and slide. Set up for dry camping with 1,000 watt inverter with remote on/off switch, 80 watt solar panel kit (roof installation), and two 6v. golf cart batteries that easily recharge and are in series to run 12 v. appliances. 15K BTU ducted AC, 2-stage heater, 8 cu. ft. Dometic 2 door fridge/freezer, Atwood 3-burner stove and oven, 10 gal gas/electric water heater, Dometic microwave, AM/FM/CD stereo, and TV. Electric front jacks, rear crank down jacks, 20' awning, ceiling fan, fantastic fan, power roof vent, and power 13 ft. slide-out (booth dinette and sofa), central vacuum cleaner, and outdoor shower. Outdoor storage directly behind hitch at front of 5th wheel. Lots of storage under bottom bunk that can be accessed from the outside. If more room is needed the bottom bunk is on a piano hinge and can be locked in vertical position. Overall good condition and everything works! Minor cosmetic damage to left rear bumper.
