Glendale equipment is very well designed for the price. This fifth wheel is one owner, bought brand new in 2005 and always cover stored when not out on a trip. Regular washings and wax before storage. It has combo washer/dryer, wood floor in the kitchen, entertainment center which includes a beautiful wood desk. Couch is a queen hideabed. Also added is a large motion furniture loveseat. Well maintained the carpet is like new, and it also has 4 slides; den, living, kitchen and bedroom. Beautiful wood cabinetry around the living area and wood cabinetry in the kitchen with much storage. Includes a nice pantry and entryway closet. Gas range and oven, with microwave and very nice atwood refrigerator. Glass shower with skylight, central vacuum and storage above and below the queen sized bed. Sleeps 4 adults, kids on the floor. Basement has ample space for storage and up to 4 storage batteries. New brakes just installed with new bearings and maintenance on those areas. Tires in very good shape. Two 30lb propane bottles runs this unit nicely with it's nicely sized heater. Air conditioning is very efficient. Added on sound system with bass bin for surround sound effects. Added on heavy duty receiver hitch. Awning is in very good shape. Has 1500Watt inverter. Bedroom has very nice sliding mirrored doors which makes his and hers sided closet. Bedroom has two sets of drawers for clothes and linen storage.
