The unit has a large slide in living area, smaller slide in rear bedroom. Slides are ELECTRIC and work fine. Central forced heat and air with roof unit blows cold. The trailer has a lot of storage inside and some outside. (Quite a bit of clothes storage) as well as storage under the queen bed. There is a desk with drawers in the bedroom. The couch folds into a queen bed and the dining table into a not sure the size bed. Bath has tub and shower as well as nice vanity with two doors when open make the bathroom very easy to move around in with total privacy. (Two bathroom doors open and close off some of the hallway giving you a large bathroom area and full length mirror!) Medium size fridge freezer runs off of propane, electric or even the battery. There are cable outlets in the bedroom and living area and outside with speakers as well as a sound system throughout. Gas stove has 3 burners nice size oven (have cooked 12 pound turkey in it.) 12v pressure water system has a pump to go off grid. Microwave above stove (microwave Electric only) The trailer has a built in batter Outside shower to clean off before you come in. The bathroom had double doors in the bathroom to make it very large when opened and still closed to rest of camper. This unit is clean and nice, never smoked in. We do have pets but kept very clean and rugs shampooed on regular basis. There is a large new porch (about 8' by 20') screened and has a canopy top.) and shed out back (about a year old 8x10) These can all be moved or stay in the park. The park is Parramore's Campground in Astor Florida in the St. Johns river (fresh water) that leads to the ocean at Jacksonville so you can boat to anywhere in the world. The campground offers boat launch, covered docks (Fee for covered dock but free dock available as well) this is the only place in Astor that I know of that has a pool. They also have tennis court, basketball court, community rec room they offer line dancing, cards and bingo. There is an exercise room at small cost? A restaurant with a wide variety of foods right in the campground. They accept children and pets and they don't have all the crazy restrictions some places have on pets. Please check with management about pets, extra people on lots and any other questions you may have. The lot rent is only$380.00 per month (for 2 people with extra charge for more than two) with year round agreement.
