2006 Georgie Boy Pursuit 3500ds , LOW Mileage and well maintained with 6 brand new tires. Upgraded Onan Marquis Gold 7000 generator with 3681 hours. We just overhauled the generator with new heads, filters and so on. Has XM Radio with a USB port for connectivity and charging. We also have a 4 digit lock on the door. We love it because it allows us to leave our large key ring hidden in the RV and more importantly allows the kids to get in the locked RV without needing a key. Everyone that visits us loves this lock and adds it to their RV. There are two hot water heaters. An electric and a gas. The gas heater gets the water nice and hot.Has two powerful A/C units that cool the interior down very well. We just replaced the power retracting entrance steps. Interestingly we purchased this RV after it completed it's first tour of duty as a place "on set" for an actor in a long running TV Crime series to be able to rest in. When we purchased it the plastic was on all the mattresses and the kitchen appliances were never used other than the microwave. The body is in nice shape. There is a crack in the rear bumper we took a picture of for you to see. The interior is clean and odor free. No smoke or pet smell.
