The interior is in great shape, roof was done over alone with one of exterior walls. It has been sitting over gravel and very minimal rust is on this vehicle. It is a Chevy 454 engine and runs great. Tranny is in great shape and shifts fine. AC is in great working order and all other appliances work just fine. This is a 30ft RV and has a clean title. THE ONLY THINGS WRONG ARE: One brake line needs to be redone and the water heater needs to be replaced. I am well aware of Kelly blue book price and dropped my price for the inconveniences.
