2008 Georgie Boy Maverick 315ss-F , Very clean motorhome. One owner. 7150 miles. Never smoked in. Has a full bed in bedroom, full bed above the cab, a sleeper sofa double bed and dinette makes a bed. Sleeps 7-8 comfortably. Nine seatbelts for traveling. Super slide in living area with awning to keep debris off and the slide-out leak free. Vinyl flooring in kitchen and bath for easy cleaning with carpet in all other areas. Separate shower area with private powder room/commode area. Has automatic satellite dish compatible with DirecTV or Dish for both the living area and bedroom. Pre-wired for cable and has an HD antenna for both the living area and bedroom. Has automatic leveling jacks. 16 foot awning on patio for shaded outdoor time. Will come fully furnished with linens, dishes, cookware, water hoses, sewer hoses and power cords. Has many extras such as carpet for patio, awnings lights, folding tables, flag pole, wheel chocks, etc. Kitchen has 3 burner gas stove, gas oven, and microwave. Has two door fridge/freezer that runs off electricity or propane. 6 gallon water heater will run off of propane, electricity or both for faster recovery. Also has the fully insulated and heated under belly (polar pack option) which means you can use this unit all four seasons without fear of frozen pipes or tanks. Massive basement storage (see picture). Lots of other storage both inside and out on this camper. Many safety features including fire extinguisher, smoke detector, LP detector and CO2 detector. Now, the only 2 problems I am aware of and both are fairly minor. Generator will not start. Had mobile repair guy look at it. Told me it is likely the ignition coil which are famous on the Generac generators. Not capable of doing that on a mobile basis. Told me I would need to take it to a large motorhome repair shop in Panama City. I rarely use the generator, anywhere I stay has power, I don't have time to go to Florida and I own a portable generator. Secondly, to left of the side entry door there is cosmetic cracking in the gelcoat fiberglass. It was inspected and I have been assured that it is only cosmetic and that there is no risk of leaking nor have there been any signs of leaks. Again, it would need to go to a larger repair facility and since I was assured that it is not leaking, I havent made the time to deal with it. Current book value is in $68-72000 range. Models of similar age and mileage are selling for $55000 plus. I am not trying to get full value, just trying to cover my payoff, which leaves plenty to do the 2 minor repairs it needs. Once full payment is made, it will take about 10 days to get the title, but bill of sale can be provided at time of pickup. If interested, make an offer. I will have motorhome completely detailed and all tanks full for pickup. Car hauler is no longer available. For questions call 931-247-5627, Terry. $44,900.00

Very nice and clean 2008 Georgie Boy Maverick 315SS class C motorhome. One owner, bought new in March 2008. Has only 7000 miles on it. Has never been smoked in, has no leaks, very nice inside and out. Has a camper queen in the private rear bedroom, has another queen above the cab, has a true sleeper sofa double bed and the dinette makes another bed. Can sleep 7-8 very comfortably. Has nine seatbelts for safe traveling. Has one super slide in the living area with a slide-out awning to keep debris off the roof and keep slide-out leak free. Has vinyl flooring in kitchen and bath area for easy cleaning with carpet in all other areas. Has a separate shower area with a private powder room/commode area. Unit is equipped with in motion satellite that can be watched while traveling if you have a DirecTV or Dish subscription and is wired to both the living area and rear bedroom. Also is pre-wired for cable and has an HD antenna which are both also available in both the living area and rear bedroom. Unit also has semi-automatic leveling jacks. You push a couple of buttons and the unit levels itself. Has a 16 foot awning on the patio for shaded outdoor enjoyment. Unit will also come furnished with linens, dishes, some cookware, all necessary water hoses, sewer hoses and power cords. Also has a few extras such as carpet for the patio area, lighting for the awning, exhaust pipes for the generator (a must for noise control), two folding tables, flag pole, wheel chocks, etc. This unit has a full kitchen with 3 burner gas stove, gas oven, microwave oven with stove hood/fan/lighting. Also has a two door fridge/freezer that will run off of electricity or propane. 6 gallon water heater that will run off of propane, electricity or both for faster recovery. This unit also has the fully insulated and heated under belly (polar pack option) which means you can use this unit all four seasons without any fear of pipes and tanks freezing. Also, has a massive basement storage area (see picture below). And there is lots of other storage both inside and out on this camper. Also has many safety features including fire extinguisher, smoke detector, LP detector and CO2 detector. Now for the only 3 problems I am aware of and they are all fairly minor. The generator will not start. I had a mobile repair guy look at it and he told me it is most likely the ignition coil as those are famuous on the Generac generators. He is not capable of doing that on a mobile basis and told me I would need to take it to a large motorhome repair shop such as the ones in north Florida. I rarely used the generator and anywhere you stay will have electricity and since I don't have time to take it to Florida I have not worried about it since I have a portable generator. Secondly, to the left of the side entry door there is some cosmetic cracking in the gelcoat fiberglass siding. It has been inspected and I have been assured that it is only cosmetic and that there is no risk of leaking nor have there been any signs of leaking. Again, it would need to go to a larger repair facility and since I was assured that it is not leaking and have seen no signs of leakage, I havent taken the time to deal with it. And finally, the first year we owned it, my daughter did not get the shower door closed tightly and some water leaked onto the floor which caused the bottom few inches of the door frame trim to swell slightly. There are no fit issues or functionality issues. Again, all fairly minor issues, but I wanted to disclose everything. And, since I am selling it over $20,000 below book value, you will have plenty of money left to repair these minor issues if you like. This unit new listed for almost $100,000. I had the in motion satellite and the leveling jacks added at a cost of $6000 and paid just over $85000 for it new. The current book value on it is in the $68-72000 range depending on what guide you look at it. I am not trying to get full value for it, just trying to cover my payoff at just under $44,000. Once full payment is made, it will take about 10 days to get the title, but a bill of sale can be provided at time of pickup. If you are interested in making me an offer, I can possibly put a little cash in to still be able to sell the unit. I will have the motorhome completely detailed and all tanks full for pickup. The car hauler is no longer available. It has been sold separately. This is an incredibly easy unit to drive and to setup quickly. I have owned one of the larger bus style motorhomes and this unit is much easier to maintain, much cheaper to maintain, and still gives me all the room I have needed for a family of 5 without scaring me to death driving it at highway speeds. I have slept as many as 9 (don't really recommend that). Lots of great features and space. Let me know if you have any questions or need additional information or photos.
