We are selling our 2002 Class A Motor home. It does need a little cosmetic work, it has sat for a few months without use, but it runs well and only has 37000 miles. The Onan Generator is in good shape and runs without any problems. NADA estimates it to be worth $24,000 to $29,000. However, given that it does need some cosmetic work as it hasn't had much use lately, and I would like to get it out of the driveway, I can sell it for $17,900 OBO. I will basically break even after the work I have put into it.We are pretty motivated to sell it as my wife is currently deployed and we aren't getting any use out of it right now.
