The seat coverings need replacing. Everything else appears to be in very good condition.
The dinette bench seats are very nice, and there appear to be no tears or stains on them.
All electronics are in working order, per Seller.
She has been extremely well-cared for, per Seller. The 1-piece windshield has been replaced within the last three years.
The pleated shades were replaced with room-darkening shades, with some custom-made window valances.
The tires are Goodyear and were changed within the last four years. The oil changes and lubes were done regularly. The 2 Coleman roof air conditioners were installed in the last two years.
The exterior has a painted and Diamond Shield coating that was put on within the last three years.
The cabinets and woodwork are extremely nice, and the coach is extremely clean.

This beauty has had only one owner and has only 34,000 miles on her. She has cruise control and automatic levelers. The chassis is an F-series super duty. Her height inside is 7' for comfort for taller owners.
The kitchen has a 3-burner stove, a residential-size French double door full-size refrigerator with a freezer on the bottom and works with electric or propane. There is a very nice backsplash. There is also an overhead fan.
There is a dinette with a removable table, and a TV is visible from the kitchen area and dinette. A sleeper sofa and a chair are on either side of the dinette. The sofa and recliner are both vinyl. There was a cat in the RV, so the front seats, sofa, and recliner will probably need to be replaced. The RV is extremely clean.
The bath has a rounded shower for more room. The shower has a seat with a handheld shower, and the door is primarily glass with a plastic frame. There is a porcelain commode, vessel sink, mirrored medicine cabinet, and storage.
The bedroom has mirrored cabinets, some hanging space, and lots of storage space, including under the bed, a queen bed, and a TV.
The brakes are hydraulic discs, and she has a 10-gallon water heater. The chassis is an F-Series Super Duty V10, and the levelers are front/rear power.
There is lots of storage underneath and an exterior TV. There is also a backup monitor for more visibility.
There is a 20" patio electric awning and window. The flooring is part vinyl and carpet.
The Seller also installed a wired surge suppressor. She has been stored in a covered storage. There is no washer or dryer; however, they have hookups.
