Upholstery and flooring are in good condition. The one exception is the living room sofa, which has some peeling in various areas (see photos).
Roof appears intact with no visible signs of leaks. Interior ceiling appears clean and free from water stains, etc.
All six tires look fresh with 2020 date codes.
Garage area floor looks clean and free from stains or marks.
