The seller states that the unit is in good condition. It has been used personally and occasionally as an outdoor rental unit via Outdoorsy. Known Conditions: The tires have a DOT code of 0115. The patio Awning was damaged recently, and the shade will need to be replaced. The generator hour meter shows an Error message--this will need to be addressed. Although the generator runs fine, the hours do not show on the meter. The Seller plans to replace tires and have generator serviced and the patio awning repaired.
