Seller states that the following coach items have either been repaired or replaced: water pump, tires (approx. 1 1/2 years).
Currently the roof A/C does not blow cold and will need repair or replacement. The side door lock does not work and the door must be held tight using strap or bungee cord. Some cabinet surfaces have begun to peel (wood grain applique) and will need to be recovered or refinished.
The seller also states that the waste water dump valves and all associated plumbing have been replaced, and dump valves have been relocated to an exterior compartment location.
The seller states that all systems (excluding roof air conditioner), components, appliances, and accessories are fully operational and function according to manufacturer specifications.
