This camper is in very good condition for the age. She appears to be very well maintained, and everything works on the unit as it should, per the seller.
The paint on the outside shows some wear from the sun, commensurate with the age of the unit.
Inside the unit, the seller has kept all furniture, cabinetry and flooring in great condition. The two stadium-style chairs are new because the old ones were flaking.
Tires are original, but have only been driven on twice, back and forth within about 30 miles of where it is sitting now.
