This camper is in excellent condition. It has been very well taken care of, and is very clean inside and out. All systems work perfectly. It's got a little over 40,000 miles. It's got four new tires across the back. Oil has been changed religiously for as long as we've had it (since about 20,000 miles). Smoke free. Pet free. It's been kept under roof as long as we've had it, and the previous owner kept it under roof too. No leaks. Roof is in great condition.
