This camper is in excellent condition. It has been very well taken care of, and is very clean inside and out. All systems work perfectly. It's got a little over 40,000 miles. It's got four new tires across the back. Oil has been changed religiously for as long as we've had it (since about 20,000 miles). Smoke free. Pet free. It's been kept under roof as long as we've had it, and the previous owner kept it under roof too. No leaks. Roof is in great condition. Compare our "Super" Class C to a typical Class C: • 8.1L Vortex V8 engine• Allison Transmission. • 35 feet long with two large hydraulic slides for extra living space.• Bunkhouse model sleeps 8 comfortably, up to 10 if you have small children.• Hydraulic leveling jacks for easy camp setup (extremely nice feature).• 12' 10" awning.• Two air conditioners.• Leather front seats.• Large, home sized Microwave oven.• LP gas conventional oven, great for pizza or casseroles.• LP gas furnace (30,000 BTU)• 5500 watt generator can operate entire camper when "dry camping."• Tow hitch for bike rack, towing your car, or towing a trailer.• Tow hitch is high enough off the ground to not scrape.• Chevrolet C 5500 truck has plenty of power for towing.• Chevrolet C 5500 truck is a heavier duty truck much better suited for the size and weight of a camper.• Electric Brake Controller for towing trailers with electric brakes.• More comfortable to drive (more leg room) than a standard class C.• Back up camera (another extremely nice feature). • Much more storage than a standard class C (63 cubic feet exterior, plus all the inside storage).• Much larger fuel (80 gallon), propane (81.3 pounds), black water (48 gallon), gray water (54 gallon), and fresh water (65 gallon) tanks for fewer stops while you travel. We've had this camper for a few years, and have taken three trips across country and one trip to Florida. Our kids are getting older, one is going to college in the fall, and we don't have any trips planned this year (we're too busy). We hate to part with it, but we are just not using it enough. Serious inquiries only. I also have a very nice tow dolly (MasterTow) with electric brakes I may throw in. We are listing it locally, so we might sell at any time.
