1984 Foretravel Other , My wife wants a trailer, so with a heavy heart I am finally going to sell my baby. (the RV, not the wife) This is a top of the line '38 Foretravel class A Diesel pusher with less than 70k original miles. It's been our faithful family adventure vehicle. Although it looks like it's been totally restored, it's just been very well taken care of. This is an extremely high quality coach that I've continued to maintain/upgrade and the result is a cherry RV that's very unique and attracts attention wherever it goes. Shows true craftsmanship with genuine teak throughout the interior with custom louvered cabinets, blinds, doors, paneling and trim. All interior upholstery (captain's chairs, sofa bed) and carpet has been replaced and is beautiful. The body is perfect with no accidents or rust. The paint does show fading in the front with normal peeling/cracking. All these systems function: Caterpillar 3208 diesel, less than 70k & runs great! 4 speed automatic Custom adjustable Air suspension, Aluminum Alcoa rims all around, w/new tires in front 100w solar panel charger/controller with dual coach batteries and separate engine battery 7000w Onan generator converted to propane (750 hours), Extra-large 80 lbs. propane tank Stereo CD, Cruise control, radar detector, CB, back up cam, remote roof spotlight, air horn Built in Microwave/convection oven, 4 burner stove, coffee maker, ice maker, blender, fridge and vacuum system Dual furnaces, Dual air conditioners, hot water heater, bathtub/shower Rear walk around queen bed, vanity and lots of storage, sleeps 7 with dinette fold out, sofa pull out, queen and toddler bed. Exterior awnings on all windows with metal covers, plus large (15') main awning Extra-large holding tanks (fresh, grey and black water) Extra-large 120 gal diesel fuel tank (Over 1100 miles on one tank during our last big trip) These are items that I know need repaired: Automatic hydraulic levelers; work fine but rear jack is leaking fluid so needs repaired. Electric driver seat controller works intermittently; probably a short. Satellite TV. (The roof top bubble and wiring is installed and all there, I've just never paid for the subscription) A roof air cover cracked (I have the new one just needs to be installed) and one of the ceiling exhaust fans doesn't work. One of the stereo speakers seems to be going out, works intermittently. If you know RV's, Foretravel is a premium luxury coach and built to last. This thing is solid and well-built as evidenced by the condition and function of the unit. This particular model sold for over 160k new.
