The exterior has a clean and shiny appearance.
The seller said that as of June, 2020, the tires have been installed three years and have around 1000 miles on them.
The interior appeared well-maintained. However, the vinyl on the sofa is peeling, as shown in the pictures. This is a common problem with RVs that have similar materials.
The cabinetry is in good condition. Drawers and cabinets opened and closed smoothly.
The seller indicated that all electrical and mechanical items work as designed.
