The exterior of the RV is in great condition as it is always covered when not in use. There's no hazing oxidation or fading on any of the paint or graphics. The exterior of the door has a small crack in the fiberglass underneath the molding that measures approximately one and a half inches. The RV has two awnings; however, the main living room awning is ripped and in needs to be repaired or replaced. The RV comes with all hoses, one of which is heated, and all attachments. It comes with a washing machine. The AC in the bedroom was replaced in 2022 and is still under a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. There is also a new tankless water heater. The sleeping capacity is currently 7, but a pull-out sofa in the living area could increase the sleeping to 9. Overall, this RV is in good condition. All systems were on and functioning as expected. The exterior has a few scuffs and scratches. Please see all the pictures. The interior has a few minor nicks/scratches. Again, please look through all the pictures. There are 3 interior doors (both bathroom doors and the master bedroom door) that are peeling. The owner has ordered new doors and is having them installed. The current pictures were taken before the new doors were installed. The tires were recently replaced with new 14-ply.
