This 2020 Surveyor 250FKS Limited Series (By Forest River) is in great condition. One-owner rig. This model has a fantastic set up - outside, you have a full 21' awning and an outside kitchen with a sink and stove. This model has one slide and a large pass thru storage up forward. As you enter the unit, you see how well-thought-out the layout is. Directly to your right after entering is the kitchenette area with sink, microwave, stove, and oven. There is also a large countertop for all your food prep. Directly across from entering is the slide-out with a large panoramic sliding window, full-size fridge/ freezer, and dinette. Across from there is the entertainment center with LED HDTV and soundbar. Directly to the right of the entertainment center is a closet. Moving further back, you enter the bathroom area - It goes fully across from each side of the trailer to the other, offering ample room. There is a large shower, toilet, and sink. Moving all the way back is the main bedroom. Here you have a queen-sized bed, a drawer on each side, and a storage closet. Reason for selling is not enough time to use the rig.
