Overall, the RV appears to be in good condition. The tires have very little wear, but due to their age, you would probably want to replace them. A serviceman slightly damaged the linoleum flooring in the kitchen during its first month of use. The owner just taped the flooring (see pic), but it would be best if this small section was re-adhered with proper flooring adhesive--a simple task for a DIYer. The POP Representative has not personally visited this unit. The seller did not mention any outside damage on the roof. Inside the RV seller says everything is clean and well-maintained.
