Condition as described by the seller. A local Pop rep has not seen this unit in person. Seller states in good condition with no current leaks. Was lived in full time for (3) years. Was only moved around on private property, never towed on highway. There are no couches in the living area. The seller removed them due to the peeling leatherette.
