The overall condition of this vehicle is good to very good. It exhibits minimal sun fade, the slide seals appear good and the roof (see pics) looks decent though an inspection is always recommended. There is some fiberglass damage near the awning front arm on the roof that will need to be addressed (see pic). The tires are nearly 4 years old but in good shape and the owner reports the bearings were recently repacked. The interior is also in good shape, there has been extensive repainting/decorating throughout and some spots need to be revisited. The coach is tidy, the upgrades are nice and this vehicle would best be utilized as a live-in vehicle vs. a travel vehicle with the numerous changes vs. factory specs.
