Overall, this 2022 Salem 26DBUD appears to be in a very well-maintained condition. Other than a missing sink faucet the interior was free of other obvious damage, defects, stains, or foul odors. The exterior kitchen griddle appears to have met its useful lifespan, and there is a small crease in the middle of one of the sidewall panels. The seller states that the roof was recently replaced after being exposed to extreme heat in Arizona. This recreational vehicle (RV) is offered in good faith but we cannot warrant the accuracy of this information nor warrant its condition. While photographing the RV, there were no noticeable scrapes, scratches, or dings noted in the exterior. Being less than a year old, the paint still has a shiny appearance. Across from the living area is the kitchen with a full size refrigerator/freezer combo, a large pantry, a double sink, a 3 burner stove, and an oven. Above the counter is a microwave. To the front of the kitchen area is a full size bathroom with large shower, skylight, sink with medicine cabinet and toilet. The master bedroom is in the front of the RV and has a queen bed with lots of storage. There is access to the undercarriage storage area below.
