Everything is in great condition. All the appliances work, no tears or wear on the furniture. They have dogs, but there are not any odors in the camper. Luxury at its best is the only way to describe this 2022 Salem Fifth Wheel. The layout is like walking into a small home and is made to live in. You enter the kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, and residential French door refrigerator. There is a large farm sink with a peninsula bar that has stools. Plenty of counter space and cabinets for storage is one thing not lacking in this Fifth Wheel. Then, you walk up a few steps to the front living room. It is very spacious with two sofas, recliners, an ottoman, and a nice entertainment system. TV is a pop-up TV with a push of a button. There is a fireplace that makes it cozy in the fall and winter. In the rear of the Fifth Wheel is the bedroom with a king-size bed with under-the-bed storage. Nice wardrobe with TV hookup. Has a master bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and plenty of cabinet space. There is pass-through storage and an outside kitchen with a mini fridge, grill, and sink. You can have a great time sitting under the patio awning watching the outside TV or listening to music on the outside speakers while cooking hotdogs and hamburgers. The condition of this unit was exceptional. The only thing I noticed was some damage on the awning. It didn't look as if water would leak through and I do not consider that it would need replacing - maybe a simple repair is sufficient. Stock #329126 2021 1 BR, 1 BTH, with 2 full size bunk beds. Sleeps up to eight people. Everything works. Wired for solar, also wired for television inside and more A little history with this manufacturer states that in 1996, Forest River founder Peter Liegl had a vision. He foresaw an RV company dedicated to helping people experience the joy of the outdoors by building better recreational vehicles. This 2021 Salem Cruise Lite M-263 BHXL has plenty to offer for those memorable adventures. The current owners really love everything about this travel trailer. The fireplace adds a lot of ambiance along with the choice of heat to rid all of the chill in the air. Also, conveniently placed is a second door that enters and exits the restroom for those times of needed visits while spending time outdoors. An upgrade from the owner includes a nice large ceiling fan/vent. The floor plan is very ergonomic when entertaining friends and family. Included are two propane tanks, a 3-burner stove, oven, microwave and an overhead fan. There is a full size fridge as well as a large pantry to hold lots of food and sundries. For entertainment, you'll find a stereo with bluetooth, interior and external speakers. There is WiFi capability with the KING WiFi Range Extender on the TV Antenna, KING LTE Cell Booster and KING Satellite Antennas. Under the entertainment center is LED strip lighting and there is also an exterior LED light strip under the awning. This RV is wired for television inside and out. The jack stands are manual with built-in stabilizers. Also, there are two batteries instead of one that traditionally comes with this camper. This gives additional power for extended boondocking. The seller has handmade fitted sheets for the bunk beds - how great is that? She also has made adorable curtains that really brighten up the entire unit! By the way, there is no carpet in this unit. Many agree that they prefer this especially for those who worry about seasonal allergies. Outside, you'll find an exterior camp kitchen which houses a grill and a mini fridge. The power tongue jack has a nice bright LED light for those evenings when you just need more light on the situation. Reason for selling is upgrading.
