The overall condition of this 2021 Nitro 35DK5 is very good.
The bedroom air conditioner has a broken shroud. A/C works fine, but the shroud needs replacing.
One corner of the main awning does not fit flush against the camper. It extends and retracts as needed.
The slide in the bedroom needs an adjustment. The motor works, but needs manual help to extend and retract.
