The seller reports they have owned this unit for about two years. They have used it to travel down to Florida and it has never been lived in fulltime. The seller also reports the first owner only used it for tailgating at football games. This year, the seller has invested over $6K in repair and maintenance on the unit. They report everything is in working order. The rear ladder is bent a little on the top of the outboard side rail from brushing a branch. Some of the caulking was also stripped off, but the seller had the roof resealed. The right driver's side rear quarter has some scratches, as seen in the pictures. The front cowling on the passenger side has some slight separation, as seen in the photo. The forward bathroom door and the bunk frame have a dent, as seen in the pictures.
