The owner reports that the unit is well cared for with routine maintenance through his service plan. He stated it could use a wash and wax to freshen the appearance. This 2016 Georgetown GT3 RV is ready for a new home. This unit has a big awning, an external TV, and a kitchen. Strolling around this Class A Motorcoach, you'll find plenty of external storage compartments and an outdoor shower. Walking through the unit from the front, you'll find a well-appointed cockpit with two captain chairs that swivel to face the living area, with a small table large enough for coffee for two. From the cockpit, looking back towards the rear of the cabin, the sofa and dinette are featured to the right as part of the first slide-out. Both the sofa and the dinette convert into sleeping areas. You'll see the main kitchen area with the sink, stove, and refrigerator on your right. Mounted above the sink is the main television.
