The owner reports that the unit is well cared for with routine maintenance through his service plan. He stated it could use a wash and wax to freshen the appearance. This 2016 Georgetown GT3 RV is ready for a new home. This unit has a big awning, an external TV, and a kitchen. Strolling around this Class A Motorcoach, you'll find plenty of external storage compartments and an outdoor shower. Walking through the unit from the front, you'll find a well-appointed cockpit with two captain chairs that swivel to face the living area, with a small table large enough for coffee for two. From the cockpit, looking back towards the rear of the cabin, the sofa and dinette are featured to the right as part of the first slide-out. Both the sofa and the dinette convert into sleeping areas. You'll see the main kitchen area with the sink, stove, and refrigerator on your right. Mounted above the sink is the main television. Past the kitchen, you find a split bathroom shower with the shower on the right and the commode and sink on the left. The bathroom can be isolated with a sliding door between the kitchen and the stall door, which is fully open between the bedroom and the rest area. The Shower has a sliding glass entry door. Stepping from the restroom into the main bedroom, the king-sized bed is on the right in the second slide-out. On the left, you find a large wardrobe closet with drawers and the second television mounted above a small window and counter space. Reason for selling is the owner enjoys the rv life however has closed that chapter and is on to another life adventure..
