This 2018 Forest River Georgetown GT5 Series 36B5 is in overall good shape, and the seller states all systems are working as intended.
This unit only has 7083 miles on it.
The furniture is peeling and the seller has put covers on them.
The tires appear to be the originals but look in good shape. The front cap on the driver's side has a bit of paint peel.
The seller states the RV runs great!
