Although the toy hauler is not pet-free, I did not observe any unusual or offensive pet odors within the unit. Upon walking around the RV, I did not observe any damage or areas needing to be repaired. One of the propane tanks was missing from its holding area, but the owner assured me that it would be replaced. The upholstery covering the recliners appeared to be in very good condition. The master bedroom, and the bath area are a few steps above and away from the rest of the unit's living area. The queen bed may be accessed from either side of the mattress. Although not equipped with a generator, it is wired for one, and would be a useful addition for the next owner. Reason for selling is no time to use.
