Excellent condition. Used a total of 10 nights. 5.5kw Onan generator has only 8.7 hours of use. Aluminum frame, exterior marine grade speakers, spring assist rear ramp door, 12' cargo bay large enough for big toys. Cargo bay has electric queen bed and pass through dinette that also makes a bed. Living area has loveseat that makes a bed and other seat is a recliner. Arctic package that includes insulated windows, heated tanks and enclosed underbelly. Automatic self leveling hydraulic jacks, just press a button and it self levels (extremely convenient). Fueling station with electric pump for your toy. Electric awning with led accent lights.
