2008 Forest River XLR 38' Toy Hauler Fifth Wheel Trailer, in excellent condition in and out. Model is 37X12SA with a triple rear axle and two slide outs. Fully self contained, full kitchen/bathroom, queen bedroom, optional rear power bunk, LCD TV, generator, plumbed for washer/dryer and rear gate/ramp. Sleeps up to 8 in total. In the main living room area, you have the sleeper sofa and dinette table (on a slide out). Nice entertainment cabinet, that has the 32" LCD TV and DVD player. In the kitchen: two door fridge, 3 burner stove, oven, and microwave, and hot water tank. The loft bedroom is up above. In the rear garage, you have the optional power bunk, that slides down to offer more sleeping space.Through sliding glass doors, you enter the rear garage. Rear garage is very large (has its own separate entrance door, and rear drop down gate). 50 AMP Service. Onan 5500 gas generator, runs great (nice option to have).
